IMPORTANT UPDATE: NEW Account Reference Number to pay your bill

Since launching our new billing system in July 2025, all customers have now received a new account reference number to pay their bill.

Any payments made using the old account reference number (bills sent prior to July 2025), will not work for payment on current bills.

Please ensure to check the reference number before making payment. The new 11-digit reference number is displayed on the back page of your bill. (Refer to the How to Pay section under BPAY.)

This change will affect any customers using:

• Internet banking – pay via BPAY

• Credit / Debit card payments made through our website payment portal or credit card telephone line

• Centrepay – automatic payments made via Centrelink

• Australia Post payment cards –  If you have not requested or received a NEW card since July 2025 – you will need to contact us to a request an updated card. ALL cards issued prior to  July 2025 should be destroyed and no longer used. Please call or email us and we will arrange a replacement card to be reissued.
