Pay with a credit- or debit-card online or by phone

Secure payments through our online portal or by phone
Mastercard and Visa cards accepted.
You will need your Payment Reference Number for card payments.
You can find your unique Payment Reference Number on page 2 of your latest bill, in the How To Pay section.
You will be redirected to our Westpac Payway portal.
Pay in your bank’s app or online banking (BPAY)

Make payments direct from your cheque, savings or credit card account
Contact your participating financial institution to enable BPAY payments.
You will need:
- The BPAY Biller Code for South Gippsland Water: 3442
- your Payment Reference Number for BPAY payments

Pay in person at any Australia Post Office

Pay your account in person anywhere in Australia
Payments (including cheques) can be made in person at any Australia Post Office, nationwide.
You will need:
- Your latest bill or Australia Post payments card.
Pay by direct debit
Automatic payments from your nominated bank account, or credit union account.
You can easily apply for direct debit payments online.
Otherwise, call us on 1300 851 636 to arrange an application form to be posted or emailed to you.
Pay with CentrePay
A free voluntary bill paying service for Centrelink customers
Please contact South Gippsland Water Customer Service on 1300 851 636 to organise payments via Centrepay, or you can contact Centrelink directly. Visit Services Australia for more information.
