Noticed a burst or major leak in the water supply system? We need to know so we can get it assessed and fixed.

When you notify us of a burst, we will send an assessor out to determine its severity. A team will get there as soon as they can to make the area safe, make repairs, and fix the leak.

For minor faults, service disruptions and any non-urgent matters, email us at faults@sgwater.com.au.
