About the survey

Why do you need my feedback?

We want to hear directly from you, our customer, about the services we provide and how we can improve. Your feedback helps guide decisions on water services, planning, and investment to meet community needs now and into the future. This helps us to continually enhance the water and sewerage services provided to customers and the community.

What topics are covered in the survey?

Our survey explores your satisfaction with drinking water and wastewater services, perceptions of water quality, the value you receive for your investment, your overall satisfaction, and the level of trust you place in us.

Gippsland Water, Westernport Water, East Gippsland Water, South Gippsland Water, Central Highlands Water, Coliban Water, Goulburn Valley Water.

How long have you been working together on this survey?

For over a decade, we’ve partnered with fellow regional water corporations to conduct an annual survey to understand customer thoughts on our products and services. By joining forces, we can undertake customer research services more efficiently and deliver better outcomes for our communities.

About our survey partner

Insync has been appointed as our survey partner. They are a Melbourne-based company that specialises in customer engagement surveys.  No personal information is being shared with Insync and your personal information will not be linked to feedback. Insync offers sophisticated data analysis and reporting tools that will help South Gippsland Water to make data-driven decisions based on the survey results.

Privacy

We know that keeping your personal data private is more important than ever. Personal information collected for competition entry will be used solely for the purposes of the competition. Your information is deidentified and will not be linked to your feedback.

Competition terms and conditions

Respond to our 2025 Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey for a chance to win $100 off your next water bill.

Until 26 October 2025, eligible customers who have completed our online customer satisfaction survey will be entered into the draw for 1 of 10 chances to win $100 off their next water bill.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The promotion is being conducted by South Gippsland Water.
  2. Participation in the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The promotion applies to uptake from Residential and Non-Residential accounts in South Gippsland Water’s service area (Eligible Customers) via the online survey, between Monday 20 October 2025 and Friday 26 October 2025.
  4. An Eligible Customer’s entry will be saved in our Customer Relationship Management system as an identifier of an entry (survey responses remain anonymous, entry refers to the email address provided to enter the draw)
  5. An Eligible Customer’s account must be active at the time of the competition prize draw to be eligible to win a prize in the competition.
  6. Ten winning competition entries will be randomly selected on 14 November 2025.
  7. Each of the ten competition winners will receive a credit of $100 off their South Gippsland Water account.
  8. An Eligible Customer can only win one prize in the competition.
  9. Competition prizes are not redeemable for cash.
  10. South Gippsland Water employees and immediate family (same household) are ineligible.
  11. The competition prize draw will be conducted at midday (AEST) on 14 November 2025 at South Gippsland Water’s Head Office Foster.
  12. Competition entries at the time of the draw that are deemed not to have complied with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.
  13. Competition prize winners will be notified by telephone and/or email. First names and suburbs for each competition prize winner will be published on the South Gippsland Water website on 20 November 2025.
  14. South Gippsland Water’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
