Our Reflect RAP was recently endorsed by Reconciliation Australia (RA).

A Reflect RAP is the first step in the RAP framework and focuses on building understanding, relationships and respect with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Many of the actions within the South Gippsland Water Reflect RAP have already been completed, and the approval by RA formally recognises the work undertaken by our organisation to date.

This RAP provides a foundation for continued learning and meaningful engagement, and supports South Gippsland Water’s ongoing commitment to reconciliation. As we progress through the RAP Framework, we will continue to reflect, learn and consider how reconciliation is embedded across our organisation.

“Reconciliation is about listening, learning and building respectful relationships. South Gippsland Water’s Reflect RAP has helped guide conversations, learning and understanding across our organisation and provides a foundation for continued reflection and improvement.”
