With every Price Submission, we develop a Price, Services, Future Plan based on feedback from customers that sets out our water and sewer services prices, activities and service standards. To help you understand the process, take a look at the Plan we developed for the regulatory period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2028 below.
Finding the balance between price, service and our organisation being sustainable is delicate. Our 2023-2028 Plan was developed in partnership with stakeholders and our customers, and the process included an extensive engagement process. The aim of the Price, Services, Future Plan is to keep prices as low as possible for customers, whilst maintaining reliable services and being sustainable into the future.
