Monday, May 23rd, 2016

Water quality is high on the agenda for South Gippsland Water and cleaning pipes is an essential part of the Corporation’s commitment to maintaining its water supply system for customers.

A program of air scouring is about to commence on pipes associated with the Agnes River Water Supply System. The works will move progressively along the system and take approximately 10 weeks (early May to mid-July 2016). Townships affected include Toora, Welshpool, Port Welshpool, Agnes, Barrys Beach, Bennison, Port Franklin and Hedley.
