Cool Weather and Showers Keep Reservoir Levels High

Rainfall recorded at South Gippsland Water’s storages from the 27th December 2013 to the 3rd January 2014 was Lance Creek 15mm, Ruby Creek 14mm, Coalition Creek 12mm, Deep Creek 24mm, Little Bass 21mm and Battery Creek 9mm.

Philippe du Plessis, Managing Director of South Gippsland Water said today, “The cool temperatures and showery conditions have kept reservoir levels high over the Christmas New Year period. Storages remain steady with all storages sitting at 95% capacity or higher”.
